My current and amazingly unsuccessful mercenary crew for Darkson Design's AE Bounty rules. These guys have never survived (much less won) a game.

On paper, these guys should be good at move & shoot tactics, winning games by suppressing as many targets as possible while Belladonna kills key enemies, starting with anyone who has Get Up & Shoot or heavy weapons. The LRF slugthrowers are very weak at actually killing targets, so don't waste time and actions trying unless you can catch a low-armor target in the open. Use them for suppression instead, and enjoy your opponent's frustration as you paralyze his crewmembers with massive DR penalties. Be wary of taking fire (suppressive or aimed) yourself. You've got the actions to step into line of sight, shoot, and step back to safety before the enemy can react, which is one of the biggest advantages to an all-veteran crew.
Of course, I've never won a game of AE Bounty, so what do I know?
